We are currently seeking internal applications for a dedicated Project Worker to provide administrative and project management support to the Greater Sydney and Central Coast Region for Group Programs.

This role will:

·       Support the marketing of Group Programs

·       Create and execute project work plans and communication documents; revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

·       Manage day to day operational aspects of projects and their scope

·       Complete a range of marketing tasks in accordance with Interrelates Brand Playbook including updating graphics of programs via marketing tools and produce general marketing information for the program. 

·       Manage the regions mailing list 


This is a permanent part time position (7.5 hours per week) and the days and span of hours are negotiable. This position is not required to work from the office and can be worked from home.

SELECTION CRITERIA

Essential:

·       Experience as an administration assistant or in a senior level administrative role or project management role, ideally in the community sector.

·       The ability to organise work and consistently meet deadlines, engaging in a variety of tasks simultaneously and adapting to changing activities and workloads in a flexible manner.

·       Good communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and diplomacy skills, appropriate to dealing with internal and external clients and staff.

·       Strong computer skills, with experience using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Sharepoint, PowerPoint, Outlook).

·       Working knowledge of project management.

·       The ability to handle all duties with a high degree of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.

·       High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail, with the ability to perform duties with minimal supervision.

 

Highly Desirable:

·       Tertiary qualifications in office administration, business administration or other related field and/or counselling, community services or equivalent.
